New Admission Paperwork

Typically a physical therapy session will last about an hour.  The initial evaluation will take longer, due to need for the therapist to interview you to determine the best course of treatment.

In Rhode Island, physical therapy services can be accessed without a referral, however, depending on your insurance, a referral from your healthcare provider is required. Please contact our office for more information.

Typically, you can be seen within 24 hours of contacting our office if you call within regular business hours.  We try to accommodate your schedule with all of our appointments.
